Error when "make games"

When I executed "make games" or "make maze", the error shown in the picture appeared. 

I am using Windows 10 system，download the code from https://github.com/NeilFraser/blockly-games/ .

“不是有效的win32应用程序” means "is not a valid Win32 application".

I want to learn how to use Blockly to develop games so I can build my own games.

Could anyone help me solve this problem?
