Need developer support for creating a Blockly based tool

Hello,

I am creating a Blockly based app for text processing, and need the services of someone experienced with customizing the blocks. 

In particular, my tool will require:

- Customizing the names of a few blocks (or creating new, customized blocks)

- Deploying them on my hosted site

- Feeding the output of blocks to an API

The tool is simple - it takes text inputs from the user, and strings them together to create an output string that is to be fed into the API.

I am willing to invest a modest amount for developer effort.
