new exercises

Hi, 

There is something I am wondering about. Platforms such as Blockly offer students exercises such as puzzle, maze, and bird. Can we configure exercises in these categories? In other words, can we create new exercises or edit existing ones? Is there an easy way to do this? I'm also asking this question for other platforms like code.org, scratch. Teachers need more than these ready-made exercises
