October 2018 Release

It's time for the October release!  In fact, it's past time, since it's November 1 today.  

In this release:

- Demos for integrating the Web Blockly library into your iOS and Android apps

  - Check out the readme for more information

  - Thanks, Andrew!

- New math blocks: you can now use atan2 in any of our supported languages

  - Big thanks to @nadyafebi for completing this feature

- An official release on github

  - We heard from a lot of developers that using github's release workflow would make life easier for them, so we're starting to use it.  Please send feedback if any issues come up with the release process.
