February 2019 Release

Hi everybody,

This release is a big one!  We've got two big UI changes (insertion markers and the trash can), some new colour APIs, and a performance improvement for large block stacks and large workspaces.

During this release cycle we've also had lots of community involvement, from answering forum questions to filing bugs to sending in pull requests.  Thank you!

In this release:

- Insertion markers!

- Major performance improvements

  - Consider cherry-picking in this change if you handle large block stacks and can't do a full merge at this time.

- New colour management

  - Abby will send more details in a separate email

- A trashcan that displays deleted blocks
