Launched a new tool for accessibility libraries! 🚀

We are so excited to announce that we have completed our project in creating an additional tool/ resource for the whole Blockly community that supports bridging the information gaps. 

We created this tool in support of the Google Accessibility Blockly fund. We hope you can support us in getting the word out and can start by adding this to your own resource toolkit!
