Interface between Matlab and Blockdiag

Hallo,

I have requirement to make block diagram from the strings in Matlab.

eg: Inverter1 -- Machine1

For this i should have two blocks with respective names.

So i want to use Blockdiag to do this job. I am planning to send .diag file from Matlab to blockdiag. Do you know how can i create interface between these two.
