What is the meaning regarding to the notice on the door

I understand most of the owners in Bloc 4 & 5 is French speaking, but
my french is not as good as my English. Hence, I decide to pop the
question in English. I saw a notice on my door today (June 21st), it
is from Raymond Lessard. Unfortunately it is all in french. I did
translate it to English but still didn't get the whole picture of it.
Is there anyone understand more about what is going on and don't mind
to explain it in more detail. Thank you and have a nice day.

Hi, I think most people do not yet have all of the details. It seems
that the administrators of the 3 buildings on Le Corbusier have
started a court action against the builders, Le Versant (Urbania).
Raymond Lessard's letter does not go into detail about the court
action but speaks about possible consequences to us in this building.
I am sure that our newly elected administrators will inform us more in
the coming days. If not, then I will go to Raymond Lessard for an
