(Since you will work in Hong Kong with about 30% travel to China
and other parts of Asia, unless you have very strong CRM leadership);

Must have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Chinese
(see "Note" below for exception);
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM);
- at least 2 years in the specification, development & delivery of CRM
solutions;
- Kana or Siebel and/or other CRM software products & the business
objectives of CRM;
- Knowledge of Marketing, Sales, Help Desk, Support, Asset;
Management & Quality, Field Service, Spare Parts Inventory, Call
Centre, Product Quality;
- business analysis, customizations, development, prototyping, integration
architecture, network architecture & QA;
- developer skills using Oracle, Sybase, Informix or MS SQL Server, DB2,
Unix or NT;
- JSP, Java, HTML, JavaScript, ASP/VB Script;
- Excellent customer communication skills;
- Willingness to travel;
- Good sense of humor and desire to learn & have fun.

Nice to have:
- CTI, mobile & wireless technologies;
- IIS, Netscape, Apache;
- VB, C, C++;
- Remedy, Onyx, Applix, Peregrine, Baan, Astea, Quintus, Aurum, Clarify,
Platinum, Pivotal, Baystone.

This unique opportunity calls for those who enjoy exploration in Asia
rather than just for the pay only. Or else you may not like it. These
positions are for the consulting role and it requires 30% travel.

Depending on your quality & experience, the employer offers a combination
of the following compensations: $100K+ Cdn, housing & relocation package,
performance bonuses, medical scheme, e-learning, knowledge management
development, annual leave, etc.

Note: Top preference will be given to those who command fluent English
and Chinese languages. However, considerations will be given to
those whom possess very strong CRM leadership experience with
fluency in English but with limited or none in Chinese language.

Permanent Employment or 2-Year Employment Contract.

Projects are mainly based in Hong Kong but travel across China, Singapore,
Kuala Lumpur or Bangkok is expected.
