Duties:
Under limited supervision, provide desktop computer system support to

Central Development & Alumni Relations; purchase, install, maintain,

upgrade & troubleshoot hardware, software & networking; design

databases; provide training; evaluate new technologies; act as liaison

with ISC for networking needs.

Qualifications:
BA/BS; 1 to 3 years experience in desktop support; experience with

Windows 95/NT & Macintosh systems essential; familiarity with database

design; TCP/IP, FTP, Telnet & PPP experience; familiarity with the

Internet & HTML required; superior troubleshooting & planning skills;

excellent interpersonal & customer service skills.
