Has anyone got an open source BLIP implementation for Java/Android?

Paulo Oliveira was working on one a few years ago; this is the last I heard of it:

Since we're porting our server structure to Java, we decide to port
BLIP to this environment too. Right now is fully ported and we're
testing. Of course, we'll open the source sooner.

Is fully codified in Groovy++ and once compiled to JVM is fully
reusable in any Java implementation (Scala, Groovy, Plain Java,
Jython, JRuby, etc.)

Folks

A longer (but not an impossible route) would be to use the C# implementation we did a couple of years ago and translate that to Java. Much of that would be easy to do as the two languages are similar and the appropriate network classes will need to be replaced/renamed. Shouldn't take more than a few hours to do this.
