Today I tried to go back to a certain date to view a video clip and I was only able to go back 6 days worth of video clips and then I saw the standard message the app only keeps the last 60 days worth of video and then it's deleted which is correct.
But today is November 15 and I wanted to go back to November 5th but I could only go back to November 6th and all the videos prior to that were not visable not sure it deleted or still in the cloud or what happened. So I called Blink Support who looked into my account and said all the video clips were there and I'm going but I can't see them on the app!
I suddenly realized by viewing the last video, that an event took place that unplugged my camera that day for about 15 minutes and then plugged it back in. Surely this disruption must have caused this glitch, where the video clips didn't reload once it was plugged back in. I told the support person about the events surrounding the date the video clip history was interrupted, apparently.
So I went back to the present date and scrolled backwards again, and suddenly the history for the last 60 days reappeared, and how or why this happened, I just think the scrolling around caused it to reload all or at least the missing video clips. I'm glad to say.
So if this happens to you, scrolling seems to be the trigger for the app to display all 60 days again from the cloud. Also, this means that if you are going to unplug the camera to install a new one etc. You'd better upload and save the video clips you need to your computer or other storage device because you will lose the ability to view any history after that, and even if you plug the same camera in after 60 days, it will be lost anyway.
