BioGPU is great tool since it was much fast and less meony usage. But how to use my own Kinship and PCA for analysis?

Hi Jiafa,
You can't use kinship in BLINK (BioGPU) . But you can add PCA as covariates into model. The format is same as numeric genotype data (.dat file) that different row is different PCA and different column is individual. When you want to add it, just change the extension name to .cov and put it with other file into same folder. Later, the format of .cov maybe modified, please pay attention to our new instruction.
