How to show PVE for all SNPs

Hi,

In my Blink output, only a few SNPs which have extremely low P-values showed PVE (Phenotype Variance Explained). Did I do anything wrong for this output? Is it possible to show (or calculate) the PVEs for all SNPs or for at least the SNPs I am interested in?
