Hi,
I've just installed BLINK-C and followed instruction https://github.com/Menggg/BLINK
to set-up pararelization.
I've installed AMDAPPSDK-2.8 successfully and moved blink_linux and four kernel files into
AMDAPPSDK-2.8 directory.

After running blink_linux command (from AMDAPPSDK-2.8  directory) with "--parallel 1 --cycle_size 22" (22 is number of threads) the command works but it says that pararelization is not available in this program version.

I have uploaded multi-threads linux version.
Please note that --cycle_size is used to change the number of SNPs in each reading round, not number of thread, you don't need to change its default setting in most scenario. BLINK can't change the number of thread in parallel computing function for some reason.

Thanks,

Meng

Thank you,

I haven't noticed that BLINK-C requires a license. Eventually I'll use BLINK-R, does it have parallelization?

Best Wishes

No, BLINK-R doesn't.
