Hi all,
I've tried blink to convert compressed demo.data into numeric (or other) format without success.
When I try the --recode command this message appears:

./blink --file myData –-recode --out newdata --numeric
**************************
* BLINK v0.01 start *
**************************

Input arguments: --file myData --out newdata --numeric
one cycle include 1000 SNPs inside!
The genotype file doesn't exist!

The compressed binary files can't be created!

All of the requested files are within the folder as requested and after I run the above command line .pos .map and .pre files are converted into empty files (o bytes). I'm using a linux (ubuntu) OS
