I've put together a v1 implementation of a drop-in frontend for
blingalytics reports, and I'd love to get any feedback on it. Check
out the code on the "frontend" branch on github:

https://github.com/adly/blingalytics/compare/frontend

Basically, the changelist provides some CSS and JavaScript to drop
into your page. And it provides a Python utility function to simplify
request processing to handle AJAX requests from the table frontend.
Setting it up and using it is explained in the docs on the branch.

Let me know what you all think, and then I'll be releasing it soon.

I'm so excited about this :)
Could you please post a simple example of how to make a report with
the jquery plugin ?
Thanks in advance,
Bruno

Bruno -- Great, hope you like it! I'm still finishing off some of the
test code for the "frontend" branch before it goes out. For now, you
can check out the updated docs on the branch here:

https://github.com/adly/blingalytics/blob/frontend/docs/intro.rst

Once the frontend piece gets released, the official docs at
blingalytics.rtfd.org will walk you through the whole process in the
tutorial. Let me know if you have any suggestions as you go through
it.
