Update and Link to Mini Devotional JSH 1:1-26

Good evening and Happy New Year,

Last night, Celeste and I had a good time celebrating the New Year with our four children. Pizza, TV shows, games, and a bunch of snacks kept us occupied well past midnight.

 

As I studied this week’s scripture readings, the stark and real opposition that immediately confronted Joseph caught my attention. I went through this section with the perspective I would term "spiritual mapping." What I mean is that I tried to visualize the events happening in this section as if we could pull back the veil and see things as they truly are. Here are a few principles that stood out to me. Please share any thoughts or principles that stand out to you from this section.
