Working with BRF files from the Church website

Hi, does anyone know how to get the zipped files like book of Mormon without footnotes to be able to read in grade 2, right now it's just a bunch of gibberish. Even if I try it in grade one you can't understand anything thanks Melody

Hi Kyle,
I am actually working with an orbit reader 40 it's a braille display which has the ability to put things in a grade one or two. I downloaded the file onto my computer and unzipped it because that is what the church website instructions said but it's all gibberish no matter what grade I have it in

That’s kind of odd that it was a zip file. With a BRF it should just be one or two files. What exactly are you looking for, and I’ll just send it to you as an attachment. Will that work?

The instructions say after you download them to your computer to zip the files. However, you really don't want to do that with the orbit reader 40. you want it to be in plain text format.

The instructions say after you download them to your computer to zip the files. However, you really don't want to do that with the orbit reader 40. you want it to be in plain text format.
