Hello. My name is Kevin Sisco and I am from the NFB of New Jersey. I am
a programmer, over all technology consultant, and radio personality. I
have developed a product to assist in the education of braille known as
talking braille. I am including a link to an audio demonstration I have

Hi Katty,

When I click on Kevin's link in IE 11, a new window opens. I'm told
there's a notification so I press Alt+N to move to IE's notification
bar, where I'm asked if I'd like to save a 5.58Mb mp3 file.
