These are very thick and soft, going up well past the ankle with rubber grips on bottom of feet so a nice combo of slippers and warm socks function wise. Light weight yet thick, wool inside, and very cozy for those chilly months where slippers alone don't keep the legs warm. A festive red color great for fall or winter alike.
