Hi all. This is 3d and very neat. The top is  a round smooth stone of fiery orange carnelian, a stone of vitality, passion and motivation. Under it is a 3d dragon head going down into a curved dragon claw in dark silver, very detailed and 3d. The piece comes on a round silk cord easy to slip on and off over the head, keeping the carnelian near the 2nd chakra where it does its work best.
