Matt guru di je man vasse man da hanera door kare,

Mat guru di je man vasse dil nu nooro noor kare,

 

Matt guru di je man vasse adna aahla ho jaaye,

Matt guru di je man vasse chanan vaala ho jaaye,

 

Matt guru di je man vasse paa dendi e sidhe raah,

Matt guru di je man vasse kangla v ho jaave shah,

 

Karma maari duniya e par samjhi ehda tatt nahi,

Kahe avtaar paye na palle je kar mastak natt nahi.

If the True Master's instruction dwells in mind, it removes darkness from the mind;

If the True Master's instruction dwells in mind, the heart gets ammoniated;

 

If the True Master's instruction dwells in mind, the lowly becomes the lofty;

If the True Master's instruction dwells in mind, one gets spiritually enlightened;

 

If the True Master's instruction dwells in mind, it shows man the straight path;

It the True Master's instruction dwells in mind, even the pauper becomes a king.

 

How unfortunate that the people of the world have not been able to understand what the True Master says;

Avtar says, one just cannot understand (what he says) unless he bows his head at the feet of the True Master.
