Dear Saints,
Dhan Nirankar Ji,

The more I think about this topic the more I get emotional and feel ashamed --

With every breath, I am a sinner; Since I do not thank Nirankar with every breath that comes so effortlessly to me.
With every step, I am a sinner; Since I do not thank Nirankar on my every step for the ability to walk and stand with no suffering at all.
With every word , I am a sinner; Since I do not thank Nirankar on every word that I utter and the ability to communicate and share our lives with the lives of others.
With every thought, I am a sinner; Since I do not thank Nirankar on every thought and the ability to think and live a life with intelligence.
With every "sense", I am a sinner; Since I do not thank Nirankar everytime I am able to see, hear, smell, taste, and touch...
With every "usage", I am a sinner; Since I do not thank Nirankar everytime I use his creations food, water, wind, sun, earth ....
With every moment, I am a sinner; Since I do not thank Nirankar every moment for all the blessings he has showered  on me.

This list is infinite. I think that's why Babaji has told us to always do Simran. To remember Nirankar and continuously seek forgiveness. Last Sunday, Baba ji said in his Vichaar that Nirankar is so supreme and we are so restricted in our physical limitations that even if we grow billions of tongues on each and every pore of our body, we can't fully praise or
thank Nirankar. It doesn't imply that we shouldn't  but ...to Thank and praise more and more.

How to Thank Babaji
I remember when I got a toy for my son Ayush and he asked me how could he thank. I simply replied "Get me an 'A' grade in your next Maths test." I think as our father Babaji also expect us to do the same, Thank him by walking on his teachings. Try to get an "A" grade by practicing "Gurmat" in our day to day life. Every time we are loving someone, forgiving someone, helping someone, feeding someone, caring someone... Every time we are polite, humble, kind and courteous... Everytime we are doing Sewa, Satsang and Simran... We are thanking HIM.

As somebody has beautifully said -
Thank you for loving me,
Having me in.
All you have given
Now I hold within.
Kid in a brutal world
You made your own,
Or else I had been
Unloved and alone.

Dhan Nirankar
