I absolutely and totally recommend this technique, EFT. I took two Courses on Tapping, Levels I and II, when visiting my son in San Francisco, California, but unfortunately, people around me, back in Brazil, didn`t really understand it and/or believe it and, silly me, I stopped using this incredible tool that many refer to as "acupuncture without needles".
