Big Shout Out to Scott for the help with some of my python code woes!
I have a wedding scheduled for the planetarium and the bride and groom have sent me their 90 favorite images from their dating/travels to have on the dome while they sign the documents.  Attached are the Excel file, Word Mail Merge, and Blender.
The Excel file contains the angles and scales for all the images for the show.
The Word Mail Merge contains python code the make a plane, track it to the camera, and inserted all the location/scale keyframes.
The Blender file I had to add the empty and key all of its rotations.  Then I ran the python code and that added all the planes then I could parent to the empty.  I added the starfield to make it look a little better.

I was playing around with making a Rose Window type effect and didn't want to make it too colorful so I went with simple white.
