Hi Alessio,
This discussion group is dedicated to BlenderFDS.
I suggest to post the same question in the FDS discussion group.

Anyway, before posting there, the HOLE should be enough to let gas entering the building. But how many cells are spanning the hole? What's the goal of your study?

ok noted, thanks.

However, I solved it, the HOLE is sufficient. It was a just matter to increase the mesh density. Goal is to monitor the methane buildup up to impairment concentration (60% LEL) and determine the time to impairment.
