BlenderFDS beta for Blender 3.2.0 beta released!

I am glad to inform you that the beta version of the new BlenderFDS is released.

BlenderFDS is the graphical interface and pre-processor for FDS. BlenderFDS lets the user keep the exported FDS input file under full control, while easing geometric data entry. BlenderFDS can import all your existing FDS cases.

BlenderFDS is free and open-source software, released under the GNU GPL v3 license. It can be freely used for any purpose, including commercial use and distribution. It is available for Linux, Mac OS X, and Windows and has a committed world-wide community.

In addition to the new Blender 3.2.x support, this release is packed with new features, in brief:

• support for parallel computation, improved domain management;
  
• improved support of the new GEOM namelist and of the bingeom binary format;
  
• ability to run FDS and Smokeview from within BlenderFDS;
  
• and many more.
