Guerilla CG introduces 3D animation concepts to beginners in very well done and very approachable videos.

I remember them having a website but i dont know what happened to that.
please note that their videos are not specifically for Blender.

Highly recommended! I use the videos from guerrillacg to teach 3D Computer graphics myself. Probably the best foundation videos out there for people starting out to learn about Computer 3D graphics.
