4th Axis stepover

Not understanding 4th Axis stepover.  The documentation refers to it but I don't see it.  Does it have something to do with the A Axis angle?  Is ther a documentation that explains this?

Cannot find a stepover tab or setting under the cnc tab. I am able to produce a rotary g code but again can't find a stepover setting.

I haven't done much with the 4th axis, but  my spindle would make its way along the Y axis as the piece rotated a step at a time on the A axis. That step was set as a degree or more of rotation instead of a stepover. I don't remember how I set that
