I thought It'd be really interesting to make a reading list for after I've watched all psychopass there is to watch and come back to rewatch at a later date with not only a better appreciation for the show but better general knowledge.
The Z-Burst is one of Zero's weapons in Make a Good Mega Man Level: Episode Zero, unlocked alongside the Z-Saber midway through Surveillance Canyon. With it, Zero shoots a spreadshot of four large energy orbs outwards. Each shot moves at a diagonal angle, and will pass through enemies even if they aren't destroyed by the shot. This, combined with its large range, makes it effective for quickly clearing screens of multiple enemies, and attacking targets out of the range of both the Z-Buster and Z-Saber.
