Billboard Posters, also called better posters or Posters 2.0, are a new style of scientific poster that intends to simplify posters and make sharing information easier in a shorter amount of time. We have templates and tutorials to get you started.
Here are some PowerPoint templates to get you started. Feel free to change the colors and layout as needed. These templates are within the PowerPoint page size limit of 56" and comes in several different aspect ratios, each of which can be printed in a number of sizes (as listed).
Download PowerPoint templates in 4x3 and 16x9 formats. UCSF Master Brand, UCSF Health, UCSF Benioff Children's Hospitals, and UCSF/ZSFG versions are available. You can also replace the UCSF logo with your department logo using the instructions in the file.

These should be used when creating presentations on behalf of the University. University Marketing will provide assistance to any who may need clarification or assistance.
To ensure full use of the page, these Word templates are designed with marks in the header and footer. When typing in the main body of the page, the header and footer content appears faded. However, these areas print and save in full color.

These flier templates can be sent to a print shop for professional quality printing, or they can be used digitally or printed here at the school as appropriate. Please complete a MarCom request if you need other event materials.

Once you select a template, click the corresponding .pptx file that is displayed and save the file to your computer.
