Add copy all to search results

Would be halpful many times. For instance today studying/writing needed to search on verses with "sin*". As you can imagine, there are quite a lot. In the ESV, searching on the Pauline Epistles alone, returns 123 results. That's a lot to copy one by one (even using the wonderful append feature)
