My Backup/Restore function immediately crashes .....

Hello.... I can not restore my Highlights or any of my saved data from the previous version of Blue Letter Bible..... When I select the "Backup/Restore" feature...it just dumps me out of the app.....and says  " BLB has stopped,  X  Close app   Send feedback.  The app runs great but I have no access to my previous saved Highlights, Book Marks etc....   I lost access to all of my saved data when the BLB updated...I can see that I have past copies of my backups in the  /Download/BLB_Backups directory.

       

Below is the current BLB version build.                           

  Version: 1.60.15 build 1950
App Identifier: ac1ee9c87e02cbd7

This is on the same phone....nothing changed except the BLB upgraded from a previous version.....I did not change phones. 

Current Version of Android is 7.0 running on a Moto G
