Volunteering: Florence Forth requires more than 100 volunteers ranging from adults who can help keep runners safe along the course, to groups assisting with setup and refreshments. There are many ways to help.

Running: More than 1,000 runners are expected for Florence Forth. This is a race for everyone: walkers, joggers, lollygaggers and competitive
types. There's a 5K and a 10K.
The race starts and ends on Ninth Street and takes a beautiful, rolling path through Old West Durham, Walltown, Trinity Park and downtown to Goldenbelt.
It’s not too late to participate.
