Hello,
Is it possible to have a value (Header) randomly created in order to have a different one for each request ?
Cheers

Which tool you're talking about? If it's Apache JMeter - then you can use JMeter Functions or Variables in the HTTP Header Manager and this way you can have either pre-generated or completely random values sent with every request:

I'm not getting you fully, what test type you're talking about? If it's a performance test - I don't think you have "UI", you need to provide a script and in the script you can set up random header depending on the tool you're using.

Could you please send me a screenshot or a link to BlazeMeter documentation?

I cannot access your workspace, maybe Use Built-in Variables and Functions will help you to come up with a proper dynamic header prefix/postfix/content,  like {{random_string(length)}} should be a good option to try out.
