Blazemeter Recording Issues

Hi Fellas,

Can anyone help me with the two problems in Blazemeter:-

1. After 11-12 steps, I cannot see any step getting added in blazemeter recorder for my script. Upon stopping the script, the recorder hangs and never goes out.

2. When I am trying to record my script by breaking it into 5-6 steps then upon saving it shows the JMX option as grade out. (Screenshot attached for reference).

Morning,

Given "JMeter" options are greyed out it means that BlazeMeter Chrome Extension wasn't able to detect/capture any HTTP requests.

It might be the case the system you're trying to test uses other protocols. You can inspect the nature of the network requests using your browser developer tools and see what are the protocols. 

If you can see HTTP requests going back and forth it worth raising a BlazeMeter Support Request

You can also try alternative recording options like:

• JMeter HTTP(S) Test Script Recorder
• Correlation Recorder
• BlazeMeter Proxy Recorder

You need to Log in with a Google account in Blazemeter. After signing in to BlazeMeter, your name will display in your profile. if try the recording after that , Jmx option will be enabled.
