7. Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
8. Active contributor in pairing session

 

All the above are expected to be actively used in past 1 year. If not, we should not consider the profile.

It is good if they have one slide profile explaining clearly their past 3 years of experience so we know how much relevant the candidate to the JD.
