Responsibilities |

Automation SME (Min of 9 Years- Must) |
Hands on scripting for building testing automation using Selenium (Java), BDD(Cucumber) etc. as deemed appropriate by the scrum team |
|
Part of Scrum team and attend all scrum events |
|
|
Hand-holding scrum teams for in-sprint automation (UI, micro-services/API, Database) |
|
|
Execution of automation scripts, Failure analysis and maintenance of automation scripts |
|
|
Automation Consultant/Architect (Min of 10 to 12 Years- Must)-
|
Current state analysis and identifications of best practices for automation development & maintenance for identified scrums |
|
Integration of automation scripts on enterprise Pipeline |
|
|
Suggest other ways for doing Continuous Testing - Test data automation, accessibility testing, Performance testing, test coverage, execution on cloud. |
|
|
Liaising with Automation & SecDevOps coaches |
|
|
Tools integration (ALM, Jira, Jenkins, Gradle etc.) |
|
|
Assist with Unit Test Automation to Scrum team |
|
|
Automation Coach (Min of 10 to 12 Years- Must)-
|
Plan for Adoption of Automation for the scrum teams/ larger program |
|
Guide Scrum teams on how to use framework and best practices for Automation |
|
|
Conduct DOJO sessions on various technologies related to Test automation |
|
|
Measure and report the progress of teams and organizational units in meeting their goals |
|
|
Conduct workshops and hands on training on Test automation practices |
