Client is looking for local candidate.

Role : Senior Scrum Master [Level – M/SM]

Job Description:

Relevant Experience: 5+ Years

Must Have:

2+ years of experience as SAFE Agile Scrum Master, Managed multiple Scrum and Kanban Teams
Experience of working within an agile, continuous integration environment
Strong knowledge of Agile principles and process
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with excellent active listening
Communicate effectively with Product Owners, Stakeholders and team members to achieve project goals
Work closely with the scrum teams throughout the development process
Issue Resolution: Escalate impediments, remove team roadblocks, manage risks & dependencies.
Team & leadership coaching including actionable feedback on Agile practices, mindset and maturity.
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Work within project planning constraints, communicate any identified project risks and issues to the business and IT stakeholders accordingly and coordinate the change control process through JIRA
Resolve defects and other performance problems discovered in testing.
Support go-live roll out

Nice to Have:

2+ years experience in insurance domain (Optional)
Bring a creative approach to senior stakeholders / leadership communications and demos (videos, bringing personas to life, etc.)
Coach and assist with planning, organization, and sequencing to prepare work ahead of PI’s
Creative and innovative thinker
Successful track record of developing products within deadlines
