Location: McLean, VA

Contract

 

Description:

• BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Sciences, etc.
• 6+ years work experience in a related industry (Healthcare, Insurance, Financial Services, and/or Consulting) is preferred.
• Prior experience with RPA technologies (Blue Prism)
• Understanding of the application of current technologies (SOA, RPA, OCR, Screen Scraping, BPM, etc.) to build holistic automated solutions solving complex business problems
• Understanding of exception handling best practices in an RPA environment
• Understanding of how RPA technologies interface with business applications
• Ability to plan, manage, and lead projects
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Effective team member and leader, capable of self-directed work
• Passion for excellence and an entrepreneurial spirit
• Must be willing to travel up to 50%-70% annually
• MBA, MIS, or other advanced degree
