Job Description: Mandatory skills (please enter all mandatory skills customer will look for)	Kafka Architect , lead position
Job Description: Good-to-have skills	·       Provide overall technology leadership to implement event driven messaging solutions using Kafka ·       Define Approach, governance, standards, process for achieving automation, provide technical guidance in implementing various business  use cases ·       Needs a hands on architect who has actually implemented Kafka preferably in banking domain ·       Confluent Kafka basic administration, create and configure topics, , configure & maintain connectors jdbc and/or cdc, RBAC administration, ·       as well as advanced administration tasks like performance tuning for Kafka brokers, configure multi-cluster replicator, setup monitoring based on JMX reporter. ·       Good knowledge on Kubernetes administration, scripting and automation, Helm experience ·       Advance understanding of security standards including TLS mutual authentication, authentication and authorization options in Kafka including RBAC ·       Previous experience guiding/writing streaming applications and/or ksql is preferred ·       Linux/Unix Skills
