Mandatory Skill:

·         Perform L1/L2 support on access management.

·         Access/Provisioning to horizon portal

·         Access to SSO applications for internal users

·         RSA/ACM support

·         Smart badge support

·         AD update for users

·         Trouble shooting access & SSO related issues.

·         Very good communication skills.

·         Knowledge on IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM), Ping Federate, RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle (Aveksa), Active Directory."

 

Preferred Skill:
