Detailed Job Description 

A BFS Mortgage consultant who understands the domain and the data in the areas of Loan Servicing Engage with customer Business and IT in understanding data segments that are available their usage and consumption patterns Assess gaps with existing data model and industry standard best in class Loans data model Identify subject areas and data segments that are needed in a Loans data mart and come up with the logical data model Guide reporting architect from a domain perspective as they are engaged in a report rationalization exercise
• A data architect with experience in Oracle and Informatica
• Study the customer’s data ecosystem and to be state, recommend the ideal data hops that are required to build out an industry standard Staging and mart layer. This will be a financial data store that will naturally extend to becoming an enterprise data store.
• Analyse Different mechanisms and speeds of ingestion such as batch, micro-batch or real time and suggest the right method based on the data.
• Identify and propose data movement methodologies, data models suitable. Discuss and differentiate pros and cons of different approaches. • Work with reporting architect to determine the reports that should be built from the FDM
