• Seeking a product owner with agile/scrum experience to drive a tagging remediation project for Amazon Webservices. This tagging project will be development of tools and software and a remediation campaign using developed tools.
• Role Scope / Deliverables: Collect product requirements and align development team to schedule and drive project deliverables
• Key Skills: agile/scrum, project planning, product ownership.

Skill: Scrum Master

 

Required Skills/Experience:

• First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I)
• Experience in playing the Scrum Master role for at least 2 year for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
• Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown technologies, various Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.).
• Knowledge of other Agile approaches: SAFe, XP, Kanban etc.
• Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.

 

Essential Duties:

Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices.
