RPA Lead Developer with WinAutomation

Location: Plano, TX

Contract

 

Job Description:

• 10+ years’ experience in IT and have played roles like Tech lead.
• 3+ Years Technical Experience on RPA tools preferably Win Automation
• Ability to understand the Scripting language (VB or equivalent) and decipher the complexity
• Experience working on Automation on Mainframe applications
• Ability to derive Technical and Operational feasibility of Automation and provide alternative solutions
• Work with Client to overcome challenges involved in designing automation solution and steer solutions
• Ability to envision Architecture & Design for Bot development and provide best practices
• Understand the non-functional requirements and propose solutions with Scalability, Security, Performance and Maintainability factors
• Showcase innovative solutions to reduce the development time, develop tools or techniques that help improve the quality of deliverables.
• Support Client on Test & Deployment Strategy
• Should be ready to code components in Win Automation tool and VB Script as necessary
• Good knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent Oral and Written communication
