Going farther and expanding on what is possible: Imagine having
multiple web services on NodeJS that housed a plethora of UI
components. If your client asks for

login component
image gallery component
voting component
registration form component

On the backend, you could just call those services, knit them together
and push those components to user. You would then be able to change
the skin at will because at the client side, it's just HTML. Super
neat! It would totally increase our productivity because we wouldn't
have to rewrite all that business logic for each and every project!

Let me know what you guys think.

This is perfectly in line with what we're trying to bring with part of Axure: reusable, well-known design libraries... Great link !
