JsDoc Integration

Has anyone used any tools like JsDoc for documenting custom
controllers, behaviors, etc.?

All of Mojo's api docs were generated using Natural Docs, and can be used for custom controller code as well: http://www.naturaldocs.org/

I've used jsdoc in the past, but we selected Natural docs because it was more flexible in handling the particular structure of Mojo, and the output was fairly customizable.
