Theinstallation of Win7 x64 should be possible onto your nForce SataRAID system. I will post a new short guide inclusive working links to the suitable drivers resp. a suitable patch within the next hours.

Hi, Greetings to all forum members

My notebook is Fujitsu Siemens Esprimo Mobile v6515 and Aida64 reports these components:

Device Description

North Bridge: nVIDIA GeForce 8200M G (MCP79MVL)

South Bridge: nVIDIA GeForce 8200M G (MCP79MVL)

My OS is Windows 10 Pro x64

Are these drivers good for me? If yes, have I to choose "Latest nForce Driverpacks for Win7-10" or "Special nForce2-4 LEGACY Driverpacks for Win7-10"?

hi

I have a problem with installing SSD KINGSTON UV300 240GB in my Asus K50IN notebook (with nvidia ID0A83 nforce730i chipset) . I replaced the (working) hard disk drive with the SSD.

When I run Windows 10 64bit (or other versions of windows) installation from the DVD or usb flash, the setup program finds the SSD. It starts installing Windows, but after a while refuses to install on it with the message: "8x80070002." error code.

The SSD works fine in another computer. The notebook works fine with a hard disk inside (it has Win10 32bit installed).

Next, I put the SSD in my dvdrom using hdd caddy. Still the ssd not working fine in my notebook. Every time I copy a large file in to it, first the transform speed is about 50 mg/s, then after few second it decreases to zero and transform ceases.

I am not professional please help me with step by step Instructions.

Thanks for your help!

@mrhn :

welcome at Win-RAID Forum!

Although I doubt, that your problem is driver related, please tell us the SATA mode (IDE or RAID) of the nForce SATA Controller.

Have you already tried to unplug all other storage devices (inclusive the Optical Drive) except the Kingston SSD and the bootable USB Flash Drive containing the OS image while starting the OS installation?

Regards

Dieter (alias Fernando)

You should it know better than me. Look into your mainboard manual or check the HardwareIDs of the Controllers, which are listed within the "IDE ATA/ATAPI Controlers" and "Storage Controllers" section of the Device Manager.
