Sam and I are thinking of Shepard's Pie for dinner, followed by some sort of desserty pie.

I was going to suggest duo-ing felafel based on Chef John's video, but it can wait.

Jon's requested the steak and mushroom pie from the Irish cookbook.  Sans mushrooms, because Richard.  :D

There was also a really good apple pie recipe in there, if someone else wants to do the savory dinner pie...
